This spacious 2-bedroom apartment is located on the waterfront of the Laguna Marina, the lagoon with direct access to the Caribbean Sea. Your apartment boasts a private jetty and a spacious covered balcony with a lot of privacy.
This modern styled holiday apartment is only a few hundred meters from the famous beaches and it is only 5 minutes by car to the center of Kralendijk. For the windsurfers and kiteboarders among our guests, it is just 10 minutes south to Sorobon and Atlantis Beach!

Don't worry about the airport which is close, it's a small airport and you won't hear from it at all! Advantage: the beaches of TeAmo and Donkeybeach are within walking distance.
When booking, you will receive a useful app with all the information about the apartment and what to do in the area. But also suggestions where you can do groceries, which excursions are super nice, restaurants that are really worthwhile and much more! All this with even the route description via google maps, to use offline so you never have to search.

conveniently located
My wife and I stayed there for a week in March 2025. The apartment was conveniently located. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Greetje was super helpful and responsive. We would gladly stay again at any of her listings.

anaf boeking tot aan uitchecken fantastisch geholpen door Greetje. De accommodatie was schoon, netjes, en perfect omschreven. Inchecken middels sleutelkastje was ook super! De locatie is perfect centraal gelegen, op korte afstand van alle voorzieningen (wel een auto of scooter nodig), het vliegveld heb je absoluut geen last van! Er is sowieso weinig vliegverkeer op Bonaire. Tijdens ons verblijf ging het slot van de deur helaas kapot, kan gebeuren natuurlijk, maar Greetje was er de volgende ochtend al om het slot te vervangen! Als laatste nogmaals dank dat we terwijl we op onze vlucht wachtten nog gebruik konden maken van een andere woning (inclusief zwembad) voor een paar uurtjes, zodat we niet met onze koffers en spullen moesten sjouwen tot onze vlucht vertrok. Al met al meer dan 5 sterren waard, onze verwachting is overtroffen! :-)
Lekker centraal!
Greetje reageerde snel op de berichtjes. Bij aankomst rook het appartement heerlijk schoon! En de indeling en uitzicht over het water was prachtig. Ook de guidebook met handige tips over het eiland qua restaurants en supermarkten en stranden waren zeer welkom. Nog kort contact gehad met de buren en ook vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen. Ik zou Greetje zeker aanraden om bij te huren 😊 Bedankt!!
